PALM SPRINGS, CA – January 14, 2019 – PNN Media Group, LLC, parent company of PNN – Pride Nation Network announced today that it has been acquired by San Francisco based PHARMATIVE, LLC, a healthcare education and media company.
The acquisition includes all assets and products under the PNN Media brand except for the DJ services and Allen Edwards talent/voiceover services, which will be moved to a separate company (ProDJs, LLC). PHARMATIVE plans to add niche educational and entertainment programming to the PNN channel lineup.
Dr. James “Jake” Partyka, the sole owner and founder of PHARMATIVE, stated “PHARMATIVE will continue its’ primary mission to entertain and educate people regarding healthcare and fitness, and is currently planning to add its platform to the PNN Media family with the primary objective of embracing the Coachella valley with additional local programming to include free entertainment, local news with healthcare information.”
All channels will remain the same, like PNN Radio, Proud TV, KLPS, etc. All services and products will continue with additional niche programs and entertainment currently available on the PHARMATIVE platform.
PNN Media Group will remain in Palm Springs, CA at the Gene Autry Trail studios.
