86-year-old Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG) isn’t retiring anytime soon. And according to Business Insider, Ginsburg works out twice a week to stay fit. She’s even called her personal trainer “the most important person in her life.” For 18 years, Ginsburg has been doing the same one-hour workout. The workout begins with a five-minute warm-up and light stretching. That’s followed by a strength training session that includes push-ups, planks, and squats. Each exercise involves multiple interval sets and repetitions.
